2021 Island Oktoberfest
A traditional German Wheat beer. More than half of the malt used in this full-bodied brew is made up of German malted wheat. But the star of this brew is the yeast! Fermented in our open fermentation vessels, the yeast is free to impart a variety of fruity and spicy clove-like flavors.
Our Kolsch is a crisp, well-balanced blend of select German malts, noble hops, and top fermenting yeast. This results in a light-golden colored, refreshing beverage with just a kiss of hops at the end. This delicate brew is comparable to the finest beers originating from Cologne, only it’s made right here in Texas!
In tradition with the classic German Märzen styles originally served at Oktoberfest. Mild hopping compliment the rich combination of Pilsner, Vienna and Munich malts which give this brew its beautiful light copper color. Lederhosen not required (although encouraged).
KARBACH Crawford Bock
Karbach Crawford Bock is so smooth you can easily stretch that single into a double. Pairs perfectly with peanuts, stadium dogs, and a good 7th inning stretch! A portion of proceeds from every Crawford Bock go to the Astros Foundation!
This dry-hopped, Texas IPA has a flavor as defiant as the Hopadillo himself. It’s packed with the bracing bitterness of hops from around the world that this creature craves.
An authentic, Bavarian-style Marzen, decoction mashed with Vienna and Munich malts, cold fermented and aged for six weeks, this beer pairs well with pretzels and sausage, but it tastes mighty fine on it’s own.
Karbach Love Street
Brewed in the Kolsch-style and hopped delicately with floral German hops, this beer boasts a clean malt profile that refreshes to the core, without sacrificing character.
Well-balanced taste and light hop character with a crisp, clean finish. Modelo Especial is characterized by an orange blossom honey aroma with a hint of herb. Modelo Especial contains Water, Barley Malt, Non-malted Cereals and Hops.
St. Arnold Oktoberfest
A full bodied, malty, slightly sweet beer celebrating the Autumn harvest. This rich beer has a round malt flavor and an above average alcohol content perfect for a cool fall evening.
St. Arnold Art Kar IPA
Art Car IPA is an American IPA featuring a blend of both new and old hop varieties from the Pacific Northwest. The nose is a blend of apricot and tropical fruit and mango. The taste starts with a big bitter blood orange that morphs into mangos and sweet tropical fruits. There is a lightly sweet malt body that allows the hops to shine while maintaining a nice complexity to the flavors.
Eureka Heights Von Wolfhausen Festbier
Pilsner, Vienna and Munich malts join forces in this malty German Festbier. Crisp and easy to drink, so you can eat way more pretzels. Pairs great with a little sausage.

Spaten Okto Ur-Marzen
Created in 1872, this is the world’s first Oktoberfest beer, brewed for the greatest folk festival in the world. Its impeccable taste balances roasted malt flavor with the perfect amount of hops and an underlying sweetness, true to tradition.
Spaten Premium Lager
In 1894 Spaten became the first brewery in Munich to produce this brand of light lager. Golden in color with a well-balanced hop-flavor. The full rounded body is a superb balance between hops and a malty sweetness.

St. Arnold Bishops
Bishop’s Barrel No. 25 is a Baltic Porter (our DR17 recipe) aged in Tawny Port Barrels. The base beer is a dark, high viscosity brew fermented with our lager yeast – the same used in Summer Pils and Spring Bock. With an extended rest period on the yeast, the result is a beer with bold, dark-chocolate flavors but with an incredibly clean and crisp finish, even at the high ABV.
Bishop’s Barrel No. 25 reached its pinnacle after an additional eight months of aging in freshly emptied Tawny Port barrels. The chocolate top notes softened and transformed into hints of dark cherries, figs, and sun dried raisins. The light acidity from the Port wine brings a new layer of complexity and liveliness that is unlike any beer we’ve made.
