Indoor & Outdoor Craft & Gift Booths – 2023 Vendor Information
Galveston’s First Lutheran Church welcomes you to the 41st Annual Island Oktoberfest! Your continued support and enthusiasm are greatly appreciated! This fun, family festival will again feature authentic German food and beverages, entertainment, unique craft and gift booths, games, children’s activities, and much more.
Location: First Lutheran Church is located in historic downtown Galveston at 2415 Winnie.
Date/Hours: Friday, October 27, 2023, Vendors open 5pm-9pm
Saturday, October 28, 2023, Vendors open 11am-7pm
Application Process: Fill out the application below and submit it to us. The Island Oktoberfest Vendor Chairs will review your application. If approved, we will send you an invoice with the amount due that can either be paid online or mailed in. Applicants will be accepted on a first come first served basis.

Set-up for indoor vendors – Friday, October 27, 2023, from 9am – 5pm. All booths must be in place and ready to open by 5pm, Friday, October 27, 2023. All set-up times are subject to change.
Set-Up for outdoor vendors – Saturday, October 28, 2023, can begin as early as 8am with an opening time of 11am.
Booth Specifications/Restrictions: Each indoor booth space is 8’ X 10’ or 10′ x 8′, depending upon location, and will be professionally furnished with a pipe/drape set on two sides, one six (6) ft. covered and skirted table, two (2) chairs, and a wastebasket. A complimentary ID sign will be provided for each vendor. All outdoor booths will be 10×10 and vendors will need to bring their own set up – portable generators are not allowed. Vendors must submit a brief description of items being sold in order to limit direct competition and enhance the overall quality of the festival.
Booth fees: All indoor vendors are charged $450.00 per booth. Outdoor booths are charged $300 per booth. Space is limited. Credit card number or a check is required to reserve space and must be received by June 30, 2023, to guarantee the reservation. Refunds, (minus a $50.00 administrative fee), will be given if the reservation is cancelled by August 1, 2023. No refunds will be given for reservations that are cancelled after August 1, 2023.
